Your Highway is made up of three
parts, the trolley, battery and charger. Please put your battery on
charge as soon as you unpack your machine to ensure that it is in
optimum condition in readiness for your next round of golf.

With the main wheels on the floor
pull the handle upwards and towards you until the main join clicks into
place.

Now lift the upper bag stay until it
stops.

With the machine in the made up
position, move to the front of the machine and notice the front mini
wheel hanging loose. |

Pull the mini wheel assembly forward
and pull down the lower bag stay so that they engage as shown in picture

Place the battery into the battery
tray and slide the battery strap over the battery from the base, now
fasten the battery with the Velcro fastener. |

Attach
the T – connector power lead to the battery noting the offset peg to
ensure correct connection.

You are now ready to fit your bag
and try out the machine. Turn the rocker switch from O (off) to I (on)
and roll the rotary control knob forward to increase speed, back towards
you to slow down.

At the
end of your round you must charge your battery as soon as possible,
ensure that the battery is left on charge for at least 8 hours in
readiness for your next round. It is recommended that you leave
the battery on charge connected to the mains until you next play.

Should your battery fail whilst on
course it will be easier to push the machine with the wheels disengaged,
the Highway has this facility.
Push the yellow pip on the outside
of the wheel to one side, at the same time pull the wheel away from the
machine by 5mm, release the yellow pip and allow the wheel to click into
the outer groove of the axle, the wheel should now spin freely in both
directions. Repeat this process with the opposite wheel. Don’t forget
to see your local service centre or retailer before your next round so
that you don’t have this problem again.
